What’s new?
The 2023 Kia Sportage will offer an X-Pro AWD trim and possibly a hybrid option.
The grille is lengthened to cover the entire front of the Sportage, connecting each daytime running light, wrapping around the LED headlights. While the grille isn’t the tiger-nose shape Kia is known for, it keeps the same rough, textured look. The Sportage silhouette, while longer and wider, is refreshed with the new generation.
The 2023 Sportage begins the fifth generation of the SUV as it continues to grow into a larger vehicle compared to the previous generations. This Sportage is larger, making the cabin even more commodious and comfortable. Leg- and headroom were increased to make the second-row seating comfier for taller passengers. Attached to the front seat headrest, there is a hook that allows bags to be held off the floor. The second row folds down to add even more cargo room. The 2023 Kia Sportage also offers best-in-class cargo room with its new update. The compact SUV comes with a hands-free Smart Power Liftgate to make loading and unloading easier. Not only was the Sportage updated to make the interior more comfortable and easier to access, standard and optional safety features, such as Blind-Spot View Monitor, 360 Surround-View Monitor, and Rear Occupant Warning, were added.
