Unnecessary Upselling and Incomplete Service @ Landers KIA
Took my car in to Landers Kia of Little Rock for a routine 25,000-mile service that ended up costing $596.12 ($255 in labor/service fees and $269.76 in parts). For that amount of money, you expect professional care. Would not stand by their Landers Advantage warranty on a used car. Daughter bought a used car and the battery did not even last a month. Called sales rep repeatedly and never received calls back. Always had to call back to speak to someone. Left a message for the general manager after I had to buy a new battery and never received a reply.
It was great, they helped me with a lot and got me where i needed to be, thanks brandon!!

The dealership is very clean and the bathroom is also very clean. There is enough seating in the waiting room. The complimentary drinks is nice while waiting on your vehicle. Overall, exceptional surroundings.

The service advisor Jon was amazing. He is the reason I keep coming back to Landers and he takes pride in helping his customers and treating them like they matter. This is the type of service each dealership should be delivering to its customers.
They definitely have room for improvement. They need to learn to treat the customers nicer. The lady I spoke with when I called the first time was very rude to me. The manager never came out and spoke to me or thanked me for shopping with them much less buying from them. Poor business!
My wife and I had a great experience at Lander's KIA. Our sales person (Lewis) was very helpful and yet not at all high pressure. Once we decided to buy after looking at other cars and dealerships, they prepared all our paperwork in advance so we wouldn't be sitting in a dealership all day no pressure to buy the warranty or move of trim levels, Just simply presented as options. I did buy a warranty but did not move up trim levels. The dealership is super clean and comfortable. I would absolutely buy from Lander's KIA again.

My car went into limp mode. Although my problem could not be replicated the service department was diligent in trying to solve the problem. All testing performed did not revealed any problems. I was helped primarily by Ashley but others in the service department were involved and helpful as well. Thank you for the excellent service.

I always have a good experience with the staff at the service desk. The service on my vehicle did not take long at all even though they were short staffed. One thing that I appreciate about their service is that they do not push you to purchase additional services on your vehicle.
The Salesman was great but the closing officer was dishonest. Closing officer tried to give me a higher rate than I signed for and lied that the rate I signed was not accurate.
