Get Your Fair Food Favorites at the “Taste of the Fair” Event!

It’s October again, and that means it’s time for funnel cakes bigger than your head, turkey legs the size of a toddler and corn dogs bigger than your actual dog! While the Arkansas State Fair may be cancelled this year, you can still enjoy all the crazy fair foods you crave! From October 23-25, the Arkansas State Fair Complex is hosting a special event called “Taste of the Fair,” where you can get all the fair foods you look forward to each year. Plus,Landers Auto Group will have a special Snapchat filter just for the event! 

 

“Taste of the Fair” event will take place at the Arkansas State Fair Grounds on October 23-25 from 11:00 A.M. to 7 P.M. To ensure the safety of visitors and vendors, the complex is taking several precautions. All attendees will be required to wear face masks, there will be one entrance and one exit to encourage safe traffic flow during the event, markers will be posted on the ground to help encourage social distancing and all food will be served in to-go containers. The following vendors will be present: 

  • McKinney Foods – Corn Dog & Funnel Cakes
  • Pavilion Grill – Turkey Legs, Cotton Candy & Caramel Apples
  • L&M Concessions – Funnel Cake Cheeseburger & Pineapple Whip
  • Ice Tea Box – Ice Tea and Fruit Punch
  • Pat’s Kitchen – Indian Tacos, Fry Bread & Fried Lasagna
  • Paizis Greek Foods – Gyros & Greek Salad
  • Westmoreland – Pizza, Taco Salad & Nacho Supreme
  • Ozark Nuts- Cinnamon Roasted Nuts & Kettle Korn
  • Kona Ice- Snow Cones
  • Fried What!- Deep Fried Oreos, Twinkies & Snickers, Fried Mac & Cheese & Fried Pickles
