Why Dealership Service is Superior to a Repair Shop
Monday, 03 December, 2018
When it comes to servicing and maintaining your vehicle, we know you have tons of options here in Little Rock. Should you visit a dealership or somewhere that’s independently owned?
We at Landers Kia in Little Rock, Arkansas are all for supporting local businesses. However, we want to let you know why you should choose a dealership — hopefully our dealership — to serve your Kia over another shop.
* Certifications *
Our technicians here at Landers Kia are certified by Kia to take care of your vehicle. They are trained to work on other makes and models as well, but our team knows Kia vehicles inside and out. This should give you, the customer, comfort knowing that your vehicle will be in good hands when you leave it with us.
* Customer lounge *
If you decide to wait for your vehicle while our team is servicing it, you’ll be treated to our Customer Lounge. We offer free beverages and popcorn, comfy seating, flatscreen TVs and wifi. Most independent shops have a waiting area, but it’s usually small and not quite as inviting as ours.
* You’re part of the family *
Once you buy a vehicle here or bring your to our service department, you’re a part of the Landers Kia family. We know you by name and we want you to maintain a great relationship with your salesperson and/or your service advisor. We work hard to ensure our customers have a great experience and we’re always looking for feedback to make your visits the best that they can be.
In addition to these perks, Landers Kia is getting ready to move to our new dealership, currently being built on Colonel Glenn, right across the street from our sister Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram store. Once we’re there, you can expect even better service from a brand new facility!
