The revolutionary Kia Carnival is offered in five trim levels: LX, the LX Seat Package that offers eight-passenger seating, EX, SX and SX Prestige. Each model is powered by the 290-horsepower 3.5-liter V6 engine paired with an eight-speed automatic transmission. If you’re planning on hauling, you’ll have no issues with the Carnival’s 3,500-pound towing capacity!

 

Designed at the Kia studio in California, the new Carnival MPV has a bold, boxy appearance that is inspired by rugged utility vehicles with a signature tiger-nose grille, LED headlights, and a rear skid-plate and reflectors for a sporty look similar to that of the Kia Telluride. To top it off, the Carnival sports Kia’s brand-new logo on the front fascia! We know you’re wondering: what colors does the Kia Carnival come in? The available Kia Carnival colors are Snow White Pearl, Panthera Metal, Aurora Black Pearl, Ceramic Silver, Flare Red and Astra Blue. 

 

For families, the most important thing about your vehicle is its safety, and the Carnival offers all the advanced safety features commonly offered on family-focused minivans like Forward Collision-Avoidance Assist, Blind-Spot Avoidance Assist, Smart Cruise Control and more. Forward Collision-Avoidance Assist is designed to alert the driver and even apply emergency braking when rapidly approaching a vehicle ahead. Smart Cruise Control (SCC) is designed to maintain a predetermined distance between vehicles ahead and will automatically adjust driving speed as necessary. The smart safety feature that parents will love is the Rear-Occupant Alert. The Rear-Occupant Alert notifies drivers to “check rear seats” when the vehicle is turned off. Then, ultrasonic detection is used to check if passengers have been left in the rear seats. If the system detects someone in the back seat, the horn will blast for 20 seconds. The driver will also receive an alert through their smartphone. 

 

Inside, the three-row Carnival offers spacious, comfortable seating for up to eight passengers! It also offers best-in-class cargo volume and best-in-class passenger room, so you’ll have plenty of room for your family and all the gear you bring along. Plus, Kia’s “Slide-Flex” seating makes riding with kids even easier! One configuration includes a sliding second-row center seat that allows front-seat drivers to easily access the baby or child riding in it.
