The 2022 Kia Sportage is available in four trim levels:  LX, nightfall, EX, and SX Turbo. All models are available in either front-wheel drive (FWD) or all-0wheel drive (AWD). The LX, Nightall  and EX trim levels are equipped with the 181 horsepower 2.4-liter four-cylinder engine, while the SX Turbo is powered by the 240-horsepower 2.0-liter four-cylinder turbo engine. As for the Sportage transmission, both engines are paired with an electronically controlled 6-speed automatic transmission. 

 

The 2022 Kia Sportage’s exterior is carried over from the previous year and still maintains the same sporty, stylish look. The high-tensile strength of the steel alloy body is offered in a wide range of paint options including: Black Cherry, Hyper Red, Pacifica Blue, Snow White Pearl, Sparkling Silver and Steel Gray. Each color pairs well with the unique modern grille, alloy wheels and available LED headlights. 

 

This year, the S trim level was replaced with the Nightfall as a standalone trim level rather than an appearance package. The Nightfall trim offers a menu of premium features including:
